What is Quebec Arrima? Similar to the federal Express Entry system, Quebec handles skilled worker applications using the free online platform known as Arrima. Candidates eligible and interested in immigrating to Quebec can build and submit their profile in the Arrima portal, to be taken into account in the draws of the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP or RSWP),

A candidate’s online profile is valid for one year after submitting it to the Arrima bank or pool. According to an IRCC update from March 7, the processing period for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program is 20 months. After receiving an invitation and submitting the required documents, applicants can submit an open work permit application while waiting for the case to be processed.
