British Columbia conducts two new draws on a single day!
On May 9, 2023, British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted back-to-back invitation rounds across two of its streams: Skills Immigration and Entrepreneur Immigration.
This was the 19th Skills Immigration draw, and the 4th Entrepreneur Immigration draw conducted by British Columbia PNP in 2023.

Draw 1: Skills Immigration Invitations
A total of 155 candidates across a Tech Draw with ITAs being issued to –
- 93 Skilled Workers & International Graduates (including EEBC option) from Tech with a minimum score of 90.
- 34 Skilled Workers & International Graduates (including EEBC option) from Childcare: Early Childhood Educators & Assistants (NOC 42202) with a minimum score of 60.
- 23 Skilled Workers & International Graduates (including EEBC option) from Healthcare with a minimum score of 60.
- 5 Skilled Workers & International Graduates (including EEBC option) from Other Priority Occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104) with a minimum score of 60.
Draw 2: Entrepreneur Immigration Invitations
A total of 15 candidates across an Entrepreneur Draw with ITAs being issued to –
- 5 Entrepreneurs from the Regional Pilot stream with a minimum score of 119.
- 10 Entrepreneurs from the Base stream with a minimum score of 115.
