Quebec invites 1020 candidates in a new RSWP draw!
The Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI) conducted its first Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) of the month on April 20, 2023.
This latest Quebec RSWP draw was targeted to potential candidates with academic and employment experience in an in-demand occupation in Quebec – with a valid job offer outside the territory of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.

Who was invited?
Invitations in this Quebec RSWP draw were issued to 1,020 candidates that met the following eligibility criterion:
- A score equal to or greater than 598 points; or
- A valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
Date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: April 17, 2023, at 6:30 a.m.
Candidate’s profiles are evaluated based on the selection grid criteria aka Quebec points calculator – used by the Quebec government to assess their eligibility for the RSWP. This includes factors such as education, work experience, age, language proficiency in French and/or English, and other criteria that are specific to the Quebec RSWP.
The highest-ranking candidates are invited to apply for a Certificat de Selection du Quebec (CSQ).
