Manitoba PNP issues another 526 LAAs in a new draw!
Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted a new draw under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system. A total of 526 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued to candidates on May 18, 2023, Manitoba PNP draw.
This latest Manitoba PNP draw invited candidates from all of the three MPNP streams i.e., Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.

Occupation-specific selection
Profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba, in occupations identified with high labor needs were considered.
- Number of LAAs issued: 287
- Ranking of the lowest-ranked candidate invited: 610
The occupations under the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 major groups were considered in this draw:
- 7330 – Transport and Transit Drivers
All occupations
All profiles that were not selected in the occupation-specific selection were considered.
- Number of LAAs issued: 191.
- Ranking of the lowest-ranked candidate invited: 701.
International Education Stream
Profiles that declared meeting International Education Stream eligibility requirements.
- Number of LAAs issued: 21.
Skilled Worker Overseas
Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
- Number of LAAs issued: 27.
- Ranking of the lowest-ranked candidate invited: 721.
Of the 526 LAAs issued in this draw, 225 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
